Postby jasta6 on Sun Sep 27, 2009 10:39 pm

So last night i bought a new HP flatscreen monitor for my computer, everything's been working great until just now. i must have hit some secret key combination, because now, everything's being displayed horizontally across the screen.... wtf? anybody have any clues? :!:

ha! seriously though, this sucks.... i have to tilt my head to the right just to be able to type this right now

EDIT:
I've determined the problem isn't the monitor. i plugged in my old one, and this display is sideways on it to, so, its my computer. anybody got any ideas?

Yeah, it's because you can change the orientation of the display image. It's usefull when you have a sideway monitor when coding and want to see a maximum of source code.

Basically, you just have to press CTRL + ALT + Arrow key to move the display orientation around.

My pleasure. I learned about it the hard way. Some assholes at school did this to me as a pran, because I was new at the time, hahaha.
