I saw this one a night or two ago. I like how they way they designed the map smaller skirmishes will be part of the bigger battle. Then, once we kick the crap out of a bunch of noobs in one section of the map we move up and flank some more noobs engaged in a battle in another part of the map. I can see us being a dominant force in this game because of the coordination and teamwork.

If you watch this you will notice that the player has a TON of lag. However, if you look at the way lag is handled in this game, you will see that having a bad connections means that you will NOT be able to fight well, and you will still die as though you had a good connection. The reason for this is because it isn't using the typical peer to peer system like MGO, COD4 etc does. This is closer to a PC game in regards to connection to a dedicated server. On a dedicated server, players all connect to a single server host that is located on a "internet back bone" basically an ISP, this way all the connections have a fast access of information to and from the server. In this case if you lag, you are assed out because you will only feel the effects, nobody else.

I also noticed that you can select armor, and it appears to actually make a difference based on the name. Another cool thing about the respawn system is that you choose insertion, air drop and another one I forgot, but that is cool how you can sort through spawn points by category.

This game will be great, I hope you guys with DSL get CABLE before this game is released so you can enjoy it more.
